Payment methods

The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout. These may include:

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps)
Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
Net banking and wallets
Cash on Delivery (COD), where available for your pincode and order value

Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.
Shipping and any COD charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
A GST invoice is provided with every order.

Payment security

Online payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment gateways over secure, encrypted connections. Sona Beauty never stores your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords. We will never call or message you asking for an OTP or PIN.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money is debited but the order is not placed, the amount is usually reversed to your account automatically by your bank or payment provider within 5 - 7 working days, as per RBI guidelines. If it is not, write to us with the transaction reference and we will help you follow up.

Cash on Delivery

Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
We may confirm COD orders by phone before dispatch.
We may limit COD for high-value orders or for repeated refused deliveries.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are made as described in our Refund Policy.
