These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Sona Beauty. Please read them together with our Terms of Use, Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when we send an order confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, there is a pricing or listing error, the address is not serviceable, or the order appears fraudulent. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.
We may limit the quantity of any product per order.

3. Prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price you pay never exceeds the MRP printed on the product.
Shipping and any other charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price confirmed in your order will not change.

4. Products

All products are genuine and sourced from manufacturers or authorised distributors.
Details required by law, including net quantity, MRP, manufacturer or importer name and address, country of origin, and manufacturing or expiry date, are shown on the product page or the package.
We dispatch products with adequate shelf life remaining.
Cosmetics are for external use only. Read the label and do a patch test before use.

5. Payment

Payment terms are set out in our Payment Policy.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Offers and coupons

Coupons and offers are subject to their stated terms, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless stated. We may withdraw an offer that is misused.

8. Grievance redressal

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month. See Customer Service for our Grievance Officer details.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Mehsana, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
