Return Policy

Makeup and personal care products touch your skin, so for hygiene and safety reasons we can accept returns only in the cases below.

Damaged, defective, wrong or expired items

If you receive an item that is damaged, leaking, broken, defective, past its expiry date, or different from what you ordered, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Email support@sonabeauty.com or call +91 8264578307 with your order number and clear photos or the unboxing video.
After verification, we will send a free replacement or give a full refund, as you prefer. You do not pay any return shipping in these cases.

Unopened items

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, unopened, with the original seal and packaging intact.
For these returns, the original shipping charge is not refunded, and return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Items that cannot be returned

Products that have been opened, used, swatched or tested, or whose seal is broken.
Products returned without original packaging, labels or free gifts that came with them.
Products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage.
Products bought on clearance or marked "non-returnable" on the product page.

These conditions do not apply to damaged, defective, wrong or expired items, which are always covered.

How to return

Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share the return address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
After the item reaches us and passes inspection, we process the replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy.

Allergic reactions

Please read the ingredient list and do a patch test before using any new product. If you have a reaction, stop using the product and consult a doctor. Opened products cannot be returned for allergy reasons, but please let us know so we can help.
