Refund Policy

When you get a refund
- You cancel an order before it is dispatched.
- An approved return reaches us and passes inspection (see our Return Policy).
- You received a damaged, defective, wrong or expired item and chose a refund instead of a replacement.
- Your order could not be delivered, or was delayed beyond the promised time for reasons not caused by you.
- An item is out of stock after you paid.
Order cancellation
- You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, from My Account → Orders or by contacting us. You get a full refund.
- Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery or return it under our Return Policy.
- We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown wrongly, or the order appears fraudulent. You will be informed and given a full refund.
Refund timeline
- Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of cancellation or of the returned item passing inspection.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet). The amount usually reaches your account within 5 - 7 business days, depending on your bank.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI. We will ask for your account or UPI details.
Refund amount
- Damaged, defective, wrong, expired, undelivered or cancelled-before-dispatch orders: full amount, including shipping.
- Returns of unopened items: product price, excluding original shipping charges, and minus return shipping where applicable.
- If a discount or offer applied to the whole order, the refund is adjusted in proportion for partial returns.
Did not get your refund?
First check with your bank or payment app, as credits can take a few days to show. If you still cannot see it, write to support@sonabeauty.com with your order number and we will share the refund reference.
