Where we deliver
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm delivery to your address.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery usually takes 3 - 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
- Delivery dates may be affected by events beyond our control, such as weather, strikes or courier disruptions. We will keep you informed if this happens.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges added after the order is placed.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the courier name and tracking number by email or SMS. You can also see your order status under My Account → Orders.
Receiving your order
- Please check that the package is sealed and undamaged before accepting it. If it looks tampered with, refuse the delivery and contact us.
- We recommend recording an unboxing video when opening the package. It helps us resolve any damage or missing-item claim quickly.
- Report damaged, wrong or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return Policy.
Delayed or failed delivery
If your order is not delivered within the promised time for reasons not caused by you or by events beyond our control, you may cancel it and get a full refund. If delivery fails because the address was incorrect or nobody was available after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us and refunded after deducting shipping charges.
